Designed by Gary Lee Partners, the GTCR New York office project combines timeless materials, meticulous detailing, and contemporary workplace planning to achieve an environment that balances executive sophistication with operational efficiency, while reflecting the firm’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and long-term investment strategy.
The scope included the fabrication of private executive offices, administrative workstations, conference rooms, and collaborative support spaces, all custom manufactured by Decca Contract to integrate seamlessly with the architectural design. Each component was produced with an emphasis on craftsmanship, durability, and precision, resulting in a cohesive workplace where furniture and architecture form a unified design expression.
Executive offices feature rich wood veneers, expansive work surfaces, concealed storage, and custom millwork that establish a warm yet highly professional atmosphere.
Administrative and support areas were designed to promote efficiency without sacrificing aesthetics. Custom workstations provide generous work surfaces, integrated technology support, and organized storage while maintaining clean, uninterrupted lines. Durable finishes and thoughtful ergonomic planning ensure these workstations perform as well as they present, supporting the daily demands of a fast-paced financial environment.
