The Peninsula Paris

The Peninsula Paris

Project | Hospitality
Designer | Studio Kompa / Chhada Siembieda & Associates

Studio Kompa, in collaboration with Chhada Siembieda Leung, was commissioned to design the interiors of the prestigious Peninsula Hotel Paris, a landmark of timeless elegance in the heart of the city. Art sets the tone for the hotel's interiors, most notably through a contemporary installation of 800 crystal “dancing leaves” that creates a stunning view in the foyer.

Decca was honoured to craft furniture for the public spaces, guestrooms, suites, and fine‑dining restaurants, including L’Oiseau Blanc, the rooftop French restaurant with sweeping views of the Eiffel Tower, and LiLi, the Chinese restaurant where marble columns and a Shanghai Hall‑inspired dome merge French and Chinese opera motifs.

The hotel’s 200 guestrooms, including 45 suites, are dressed in soft grey and cream tones inspired by Parisian fashion, paired with marble bathrooms and high‑tech elements. Highlighted furniture pieces include seating, consoles, and tables produced in noble materials such as mahogany and gold leaf, reflecting refined luxury and craftsmanship. Each item was designed to harmonize with the Peninsula’s celebrated interiors, fusing classical Parisian grandeur with contemporary sophistication.
