An iconic landmark in the heart of Charleston’s historic district, The Charleston Place Hotel continues to captivate the hearts and imaginations of a new generation. Bridging classical heritage with a crisp, modern sensibility, the new interiors honor the building’s architecture while setting an elevated standard for hospitality.

Across multiple phases, Decca manufactured approximately 1,418 custom pieces for guestrooms, junior and one‑bedroom suites, presidential suites, elevator lobbies, and other guest areas.

The collection included desks, vanities, lounge and dining chairs, barstools, ottomans, and benches, each tailored to the project’s specific dimensions.

Carved detailing, woven rattan, silver gilt, custom wood and painted finishes, decorative trims, and varied upholstery combinations showcased Decca’s craftsmanship.

Coordinating teams across the United States, China, and Thailand, Decca managed approvals, client‑supplied materials, production, and multi‑container logistics for phased, floor‑by‑floor installation.

The second phase was awarded before the first was complete, underscoring Cardy Group’s confidence in Decca's execution and collaborative support.
