In April 2022, Hang Lung Properties opened the Wuhan Hang Lung Residences showcase center, marking a new milestone in its mainland portfolio. Three super‑tall towers anchor the city's inner‑ring core district, offering approximately 500 residences across five layouts, with the vision of “Creating Spaces for Extraordinary Living". Each tower crowns its skyline with two penthouse sky units, each with a private pool.

The interiors, landscape, sky units, and clubhouse were conceived by award‑winning teams including Aedas, LWK + PARTNERS, Adrian L Norman, Steve Leung, and GA London. The project achieved LEED Gold Pre‑Certification.
